Haptonomic Movement & Sports Guidance
From Strength to Suppleness

In movement, whether in sport or in everyday life, it is not only about strength, technique or physical condition, but about how you are present in what you do. What you suppress or hold as tension directly influences how you move, function and recover.
Movement is never separate from who you are. Whether you practise a sport, move individually, or move within daily activities, your movement reflects how you are in contact with yourself. Every contact, with the ground, an object, another person or your own body, makes this visible. Are you visible in your movement? Do you move with suppleness, or do you unconsciously hold back out of fear, tension or control?
Together, we'll explore where the flow stagnates, allowing trapped tension to flow again. You'll learn to sense where you're overexerting yourself, where you're holding back, and how your body naturally guides you toward more supleseness, rhythm , and joy.
The guidance starts with an intake session, in which we explore what you would like to improve or where you feel stuck. If desired, I observe you during a movement activity, this can be a sport, individual movement or everyday physical activity. These observations are then translated into Haptonomic sessions. Here where work through touch and bodily awareness on restoring the body’s natural flow.
In suppleness lies strength, not the strength of will, but the strength of attunement.
